Prodify (Production + Simplify) was built for a long-established dessert maker with many branches. Every night, branches enter the next day's needs before the cutoff time; in the morning, production receives all requests as printable lists consolidated by outlet, list and category.
Branches' daily orders were collected by phone and text message, then copied into lists by hand at the production facility. Cakes counted size by size, baklava by weight, restock items on a separate list; late orders and misread quantities turned into waste on the production floor.
Each branch sees only the product lists it is authorized for, and can create and edit a single request until the cutoff time. Cakes are entered in sizes No0–No3, other products in their own units. The production screen consolidates requests by outlet and category, and lists download as PDF, Excel or CSV in one click.
Management organizes product lists into categories and decides which branch sees which list.
